Un materiale particolarmente attenzionato \u00e8 oggi il Graphene. <\/strong>Basato sulla trasformazione fisica della grafite naturale, il grafene \u00e8 costituito da uno strato monoatomico di atomi di carbonio, disposti in una struttura esagonale.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u00c8 il materiale pi\u00f9 sottile che esiste in natura con lo spessore di un singolo atomo. Pu\u00f2 essere incorporato nei filati e nei tessuti, contemporaneamente alla tintura, per ottenere un prodotto completamente antibatterico, antiodore, antistatico, resistente a usura e lavaggi, ma soprattutto conduttore termico che consente una termoregolazione avanzata estremamente confortevole con miglioramenti ad ampio raggio dall\u2019abbigliamento outdoor, all\u2019intimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un approccio rivoluzionario, che dopo anni di ricerca e test nei dipartimenti interni di ricerca e sviluppo, ha portato alla nascita del primo filato a base di grafene: Resistex Gaphene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il grafene utilizzato nei nostri filati \u00e8 della pi\u00f9 alta qualit\u00e0 disponibile sul mercato, con un accurato controllo degli strati atomici (distribuzione media di 6 \u00f7 8 strati atomici). Il vantaggio di un legame chimico con la superficie del filato garantisce, rispetto ad una spalmatura classica, un\u2019ottima resistenza all\u2019abrasione, ai lavaggi, limita l\u2019aumento di peso del filato e la sua rigidit\u00e0. La dimensione del rivestimento \u00e8 nanometrica rispetto alla dimensione micrometrica delle fibre che costituiscono il filato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
